SEMINAR ORGANIZED BY MEDICAL SURGICAL NURSING DEPARTMENT ON WORLD HEART DAY

A Seminar was organized by Medical Surgical Nursing Department at Shri Ratanlal Kanwarlal Patni Girls Nursing College, Kishangarh, to observe World Heart Day.

The theme of the program was “Healthy Heart, Healthy Life through Lifestyle.” Students from the IV Semester of B.Sc. Nursing, Atharva Maheshwari, Jasmeet Kaur, Neelu Chaudhary, Aditi Sharma, Asha Kumhar, Aastha Bhatt, Diksha Faujdar, Sangeeta Kumari Jat, Sangeeta Bisnoi &Sakski Gurjar gave presentations on various topics of life-style Modification for Healthy Heart.

Delivering the message, CA Subhash Agarwal, Director and Secretary of the college, highlighted the increasing incidence of heart disease among young people and adults. He explained that unhealthy lifestyles, stress, and poor eating habits are contributing to the rise in heart disease.

College Principal Himanshu Raghav Dadhich emphasized the importance of healthy eating, regular exercise, and stress-free habits. He also spoke about the ill effects of smoking and alcohol consumption.

At the end of the program, a question-and-answer session was held with the students to gather feedback on the program. The program coordinator was Barkha Sharma and Anurag Sharma. All faculty members were also present in this Programme.
