Oath Taking and International Nurses Day Celebration 2024

Shri Ratanlal Kanwarlal Patni Girls’ Nursing College celebrated International Nurses Day- 2024, on the birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern Nursing. The theme chosen by the International Council of Nurses for the year 2024 is “Our Nurses Our Future,The Economic Power of Care”

The Lamp Lighting & Oath taking Ceremony program was organized on 11th May 2024, Saturday at the Seminar hall, SRKPGNC,Kishangarh. Ms. Garima Dadhich, Asst. Professor, and Ms. Tripti Dadhich, Nursing Tutor welcomed the gathering. On this occasion, the chief guest of the program Mrs. Jyotsansa Ranga, Chief Medical and Health Officer,Ajmer , Dr Sarvagya Chaturvedi, Block Chief Medical Officer,Kishangarh , special guest ,Mrs Anjali Chaturvedi ,Principal Degree College Dr Shaliendra Patni, Principal Nursing College Dr Anil Kumar Parashar and all staff faculty present there. The programme was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the chief guests. On this occasion, the guests of the program and Dr. Anil Kumar Parashar, Principal of the College of Nursing, jointly administered the oath of human service to the students of B.Sc. Nursing and GNM first year (session 2023-24). Mrs. Jyotsansa Ranga, told that all of you students are going to be strong nurses in the coming future always be loyal to the oath you have taken today. Dr. Sarvagya Chaturvedi said that the work of a Nurse is not only to give medicines to the patients in the hospital but there are many dimensions in the field of nursing, in which they can go a long way and they can move forward not only at the national level but also at the international level. Director And Secretary of The Institute CA Subhash Agarwal conveyed message to the students and said the best wishes to the newly admitted students on the occasion of oath taking and International Nurses Day and said that the nursing profession is a noble profession and all the students should do the work of human service with full dedication and honesty. Dr. Shailendra Patni said that the Nurse has a lot of emotional connect with the patient and should be there, which helps in the recovery of the patient, we should always work on taking a resolution towards this service. Dr. Anil Kumar Parashar said that to become a good nurse, it is necessary to have both behavior and knowledge. Students presented a cultural dance on the occasion. All the faculty members of the institute were present in the programme.
