The Fresher Party at SHRI R.K.PATNI GIRLS’ NURSING COLLEGE & SHRI R.K. PATNI GIRLS’ COLLEGE jointly held to welcome the new batch of students and to create an engaging and exciting atmosphere for them. The event aimed to help students from various disciplines interact, bond, and create lasting memories as they embark on their academic journey at the college. The theme of the party, ":” BOLLYWOOD BEATS & GLITZ”, symbolized fresh starts and opportunities for the incoming batch.

The Fresher Party began at 4:00 PM and was spread across multiple sessions, including ice-breaker activities, performances and a DJ night. The event was well- attended by students, faculty, and staff, and there was an impressive turnout of over 110 freshers.

Dance Performances: A vibrant dance troupe from the senior batch put on an energetic and colorful performance that captivated the audience. The dance was a blend of traditional and modern styles, representing the fusion of old and new that the college stands for.

The grand finale of the Fresher Party was the DJ Night where the auditorium turned into a lively dance floor. The college’s own DJ spun popular tracks, including Bollywood, EDM, and retro music. Students danced freely and enthusiastically, enjoying the night until the event concluded at 9:00 PM.

Logistics and Arrangements

Decorations The auditorium was beautifully decorated in line with the theme “BOLLYWOOD BEATS & GLITZ.” Fresh, vibrant colors such as Red, Black and white were used in balloons, banners, and lighting.

Food and Refreshments:A variety of snacks and refreshments were available throughout the event, including sandwiches, pastries, soft drinks, and fruit platters. A catering team was in place to ensure everyone was well-fed.

Sound and LightingThe sound system was top-notch, with high-quality microphones for speeches and performances, and an impressive light setup for the DJ night.
